These terms govern your use of the Warranty Vault app ("the App"), developed by Idealink ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the App.
The App lets you record items you own, their purchase dates, warranty lengths, and receipt photos, and reminds you before a warranty expires. It is a personal record-keeping tool.
The App does not verify warranty terms with any manufacturer or retailer, does not file claims on your behalf, and does not guarantee that a reminder will be delivered (notifications depend on your device settings and iOS). Warranty lengths you enter are your own estimate. You are responsible for checking the actual terms of any warranty and for making claims in time. We are not liable for any missed claim, expired warranty, or loss arising from your reliance on the App.
The App is free to use with a limit on the number of stored items. Warranty Vault Pro removes that limit and is available as:
Prices are shown in the App in your local currency before purchase.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The monthly subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your device. Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policies; we cannot issue refunds directly.
Your data stays on your device and, if enabled, in your personal iCloud account. We never receive it. See our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for keeping your device and iCloud account backed up; we are not liable for data loss.
Don't reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the App, and don't use it in any way that violates Apple's App Store terms or applicable law.
The App, its design, and its name are owned by Idealink. Your own records and photos remain yours.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Idealink is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months before the claim.
You can stop using the App at any time by deleting it. We may discontinue the App or Pro features with reasonable notice; lifetime purchases remain valid for as long as the App is available on the App Store.
We may update these terms. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the new terms. The date at the top reflects the latest version.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights you have under the mandatory law of your country of residence.
